what do you think of the guys on the alone tv show?

I have a very low opinion of about 90% of them

It's as fake as all the other 'reality' shows.

Sometimes they have to interrupt filming when a bunch of other people are partying near by, and close enough to hear.

I watch the Arctic one just last week. I watch different things till I get sleepy.

Half should not have been there. Last few were okay. They setup up for failure by some of the ?? things they do. If you make fire around wood its going to burn. Few of the shelters were a joke. Mostly about who would outlast, not who would survive.

Happened to have turned it in other day when gf and I were just relaxing. Three contestants left and saw the guy with the fire in the shelter. Told her watch for drama the shelter burns down. Not even five minutes later shelter was on fire. Funny how he got his bow, sleeping bag (which was supposed to have been on fire), and even cameras out but couldn't just rebuild it and had to quit.

I enjoy watching the show, but there is a warning not to try doing this on your own, that the people involved are trained experts, then I watch what they do. While some are clever and industrious , some really make me wonder if they really know what they're doing.
