Looking at the Red Angel for possible .357 Magnum loads. Glad to know they are still in business.

6 tubes of Red Angel showed up in my mailbox. Cannot wait to get my next lubesizer set up. The Red Angel will be for .358 bullets. Chubby 9mm’s and .357 magnum cast boolits.

Nice! How long did you have to wait before it arrived in your mailbox?

I ordered it over the phone and had a decent chat with a very knowledgeable rep named Rodney. From Walla Walla WA, to Lancaster County PA, I think it took 5 days. I was pleased. The lubsizer I intend to run the lube in is still waiting on its heating element so I was not looking at the ship time too closely.

Hopefully the heating element arrives tomorrow or Monday. I am itching to try some .358 Lyman 356634 130gr. TC bullets in my recently fixed (bashed magwell) Browning High Power.

Initial testing with .358 sized Red Angel lubed Lyman 356634 boolits in a Browning HP and Ruger PC carbine showed no leading and good accuracy.

Handloader did a article on their lubes when they were still Texas. Good for hard bullets at high velocity.

I use Blue on the 458 x 460 grain bullets below. Nice dark timber elk busters in my 458 Win Mag.

Front half of the bullet rides the bore.

Ordered 20 more sticks yesterday from Thompson.

Out of a custom mold I found at a gun show many years ago in Tacoma WA. No makers mark on the mold so it is a mystery.

I had to machine a top punch. Size them at .459.
