    Clean it then spray with Blaster Dry Graphite.

    The yellow dross is sulfur, naturally found in lead ore. If you cast hot, like I do, you will see it, you can have it up to temp and flux the devil out of it, but you won't get all the sulfur out, it will appear again on the surface.
