Does anyone know of a source to purchase a FEW of these. I can find some online but I'll never have a use for a 100 of them.
Thanks.

Check your local farm supply store, or if you have a real hardware store locally they probably have them.

Have you tried the usual suspects, McMaster Carr, Grainger, Fastenal?

There's a couple pretty good hardwares in the about the 20+ mile radius. One in particular that I do haunt when I'm over there but wasn't looking for brass ones at the time. Maybe the dog and I are going to have to do a little road trip. Fairly sure the more local farm stores didn't have brass ones though.
Looked at the usual suspects on line and most have them in increments of 100 and I probably onl need 2 though I'd get a couple more extras.

Don't forget Ace. They have those little boxes with drawers that have all kinds of goodies for casting./beagle
diplomacy is being able to say, "nice doggie" until you find a big rock.....
Our local Ace Hardware has a VERY large variety of nuts, bolts, screws and just about anything in brass, stainless and tempered. A whole aisle both sides of little bins SAE and Metric. A little expensive when purchased by the piece but well worth it when that one thing you need is in one of those bins. Gp

Mike, I can look for some in CR area and if I find them bring them up to you. It will give me an excuse to drag my fly rod along and hit some NE trout streams!! It'll have to quit raining for more than a few hours first!
Seriosuly, what length do you need? Fastenal can get them, and there is a branch in Waverly that should be able to get them for you. Not cheap though, few dollars each.

Mcmaster.com has what you are looking for in 10 count and their shipping is super fast, at least in my area.
I use quite a few of these in metric for my MP Molds.
