Inbox full when it shouldn't be?

I was getting inbox full warnings and other members were getting messages bounced back, even though I only had about a dozen messages in my inbox. Is there another layer that has to be cleared to open up space, like emptying a deleted items folder? I don't have any sub-folders or anything like that, just the top one with a small number of messages.

there is a little bar that shows your limit and how much you have stored of both received and sent, most people miss the sent part of the equation, so you might check that. bar is at bottom of page.

You nailed it. I cleared out something like 300 sent messages going back the better part of the last decade. That fixed it...thanks!
