Khales Wien 2.5x scope 1/2” tube with lever lock rings and a base. Base is parallel radius of about .75”. As you can see exterior has rust on it, needs cleaned up. The optics are unbelievably clear. Reticle is heavy horizontal and vertical at bottom. Fine hair top half vertical.
