    32 win loads

Got some brass for my 1936 Marlin in 32 special, would anyone have any good load data for 170 grain jacketed and 170 grain cast FN-GC.
    Thanks

Jacketed: 28 grains of IMR 30301, 4064 or 4895 (Starting loads from manuals)

For 170 grain cast I use 6 to 9 grains of HP-38 for velocities that run from 1100 to 1400 fps (or in the range of 7.5 to 10.5 with Unique)

Have you not heard that 10 grains of Unique is the answer for all cast bullets ? It is the most consistent, accurate load I have found with 170 grain bullets for 1400 FPS in my 94 Winchester 32 Special.

Any loads for the 30/30 will work in the 32 special.

    WW case
    WLR primer
    Hornady 170 grain flat point
WW 748 at 36.0 grains gets me 1923fps (measured at 35° F) with a SD of 5 out of my Winchester 94 with a 20" barrel and easily breaks two inches at 100 yards (five shots) using a receiver sight.
