I've come to the point where I need to start selling some of my lead stockpile.
I have had this batch since the 60s-70s. Always called it "plumber lead". Majority are marked AMES and are round and were attached 6 in a row, each about 5 pounds more or less. Others are rectangular marked with an M. Some say virgin lead or pot lead, all I tested are very soft. There are some unmarked bars bricks or round ingots. I already packed 11 boxes with a mix in each box. Some old timers like me will remember this stuff when they see it I'm sure.
I played around with different weights in the medium flat rate box, and settled on what I am going to call 30 pounds in each box. I believe each box is at least 2-4 pounds over 30 but not sure how accurate my scale is. I chose this weight as the box seems "manageable", not too heavy. I tried to pack well.
So I am asking $40.00 shipped per box. I have eleven boxes ready to go. Thanks

If I sell more it would be "muffins" I already smelted, would there be more interest at same price? Soft or wheelweight better?
Let me know and maybe I can sell some more. I'm getting old.
