    Smoked turkey breast

    my Wife shoved butter under the skin and rub with chicken rub lastnight them put it it the fridge,today she injected it with chicken broth and butter and put it in the smoker at 240 for 1 1/2 hours,then wrapped it in foil at 240 for another 2 1/2 hours,it came out great.very tender and a great hickory smoked flavor,juice as can beClick image for larger version.

    Yup, that's the way, or wrap with bacon. Turkey definitely needs fat added. Any lean meat does unless you have significant water involved in the smoking.
