AR-15 Hand guard rails?

Hello All,

I am new to the AR-15 platform and have questions regarding the handguard and rails. My PA-9 from PSA came with a PSA 13.5" Lightweight M-Lok hand guard. It has a section of rail on the top but none on the side or bottom.

I would like to add accessories on the bottom and sides of the hand guard. Would I be best served trying to find rails that will fit the hand guard or is there a better solution?

Google “mlok picatinny rail” and there are plenty of options.

I’ve never installed any of them, so I can’t tell you if it’s really easy or a pain.

Hey the standard m-lok rails is what you want , look around you can find them at a decent price , and they attach to rail and put on what you want , I do not attach much to mine , my son does his and my son in laws does also , I buy handguards for different guns and in different configurations , it is your choice a different handguard can come with rails already built in or add to the m-lok slots on yours .

Most forward grips and the like can be bought that will attach right to that M lok hand guard you have you don't need to attach a picatinny rail section to the M lok and then attach your accessory. What is it that your wanting to add to the handguard ? More than likely it's probably sold Mlok compatable

I just ordered a pack of different sized one from Amazon . Probably take a few weeks to get here via Prime.

Yeah, getting anything shipped has become a pain. I isn't the freight carriers it's the sellers.
