Do you use a filler or wad with your Unique load?

I wouldn't use a filler with a fast burning powder such as Unique and would never use a wad for any such load.

My Model 70 will shoot the Lyman 375449 like it's going out of style. 35 grains of SR4759 will drive it to 1950 fps. No leading, in fact, the bullet leaves a nice "star of Alox" at the muzzle. An absolute pleasure to shoot. By happy coincidence, with the rifle zeroed to hit an inch high at 100, using the point of the "plex" in the 2.5 Weaver it would ring Dan Cash's "stand on your hind legs and shoot like a man" 400 meter challenge gong with monotonous regularity.
