    help splotchy bootits

having trouble with splotchy boolits, yesterday 73 degrees 31% hum. checked oven with digital thermometer. had good coverage and baked @375 for 20 min.
all boolits are very splotchy and only have a satin finish. these are 9mm boolits and they cast nice and shiny.
I have pc 'd in the past and never had this problem. I even double pc'd a few and same thing still splotchy. any help is appreciated. many thanks

Contaminated bulets likely? And why 375 degrees, will your oven not reach 400?
