    Elpatoloco,
Go to #3 on this post. It is very helpful and allowed me to PC my first boolits yesterday without any issue.

LOTS of threads on powder coating on this site. Read a few of them. As stated about 90,000 places here, 20 mins at 400 degrees. Don't use an oven that you ever plan to use for food. And get an oven thermometer to check just how hot your toaster oven is really running since that thermostat knob thingie usually isn't even close. Don't forget to smash test a couple bullets before you try loading even the first one. Other than that, enjoy yourself and experiment. Anything you mess up can be recoated or melted down and recast.

I got a thermometer when I got the oven. Good thing as the thermostat is nearly 50 degrees off.

Mine was 50° off, also. It's another fun part of this hobby.

I took Smoke's advice and started with the blue powder, too.

I mixed a little pink for giggles with it and it makes sticks like crazy. Works better than the blue alone for me.
About 10 seconds worth of shaking and they are 100%. I'm quenching them in water as well.

Often you will find that mixing 2 powders gives you better results than eight of the powders by themselves (and more interesting looking boolits)
