I have been spending a little time with my holsters and find them both very comfortable and well made . Even though I seem to be developing a wraparound belly going further around over the years , the 3-4 o'clock is quite comfortable .
I agree, and it's remarkable how many DON'T have that feature. I mean, come on...........the gun is designed to be carried with a loaded chamber and safety on. With the thumb break UNDER the hammer you have almost foolproof retention until it's time to draw, then it's just a matter of snicking that safety down and the ball starts rolling.
I've found thumb break holsters built the way I want, but boy they can get pricey. All the lower priced stuff looks like something sewn together in South America...........
