It's got to be a little scary when the ground under you feet starts to shake. I hope all of you guys in those areas are ok.
Everyone seems to be okay, and I haven't heard of any real damage. We did have one neighbor who had to have the gas company come out and fix their leaky fitting on the gas meter. Checked ours, and found no issues.

The only real damage shown on the local news was to the sandstone cross on top of Boise's historic cathedral. Cross was broken at it's base and had to be taken down by crane before it fell. I haven't heard of anyone being injured. All in all an unusual event but could have been much worse it there hadn't been miles of granite mountains between us here in the valley and the remote mountains where the quake occurred.

My home in Boise swayed nicely for a few seconds, thank goodness everything stayed where it was supposed too.
