WTB Lead for casting and inexpensive .308 WIN die set

    Howdy folks,

I am looking for some lead, since the vendors I'm familiar with are out at the moment. I'd like to get some of the soft stuff but anything is needed, like wheel weights or range scrap. I'm trying to avoid the big eBay markups. Since I'm a disabled single parent, I have a hard time making it to the scrap yards to look, I don't want to take my 10 year old there (he's oblivious to danger) and I couldn't walk around much if I did.

I'm also looking for a complete die set in .308 Winchester. I see these come up a lot, and for quite reasonable prices, but they're taken before I can chime in. I figured I'd ask here in the hopes that someone has a spare set they haven't bothered to list yet.

Please PM me with any offers! I can uses PayPal, Facebook, Venmo, and Zelle for electronic payment options.

My local scrap metal dealer has tons of lead separated from all the other scrap and I can drive to the building were it’s kept and they will load. They also have tons of range scrap. No need to walk around, maybe your local yard does the same, have you called them to find out? The price for lead is a very reasonable $1.25 for both pure lead or the range scrap.
    Thanks
    Baz

Try this guy. I was planning on getting it when I visited my sister in AZ but how that is out due to Corona Virus, as they have a new baby and can't risk it. The ad doesn't say it was sold.

How much do you want? I have pure lead sheets from an xray build I did. I'm guessing I have around 300 lbs not melted down. I just peeled it off the back of the drywall and folded it up.

I'm not sure yet how much I'll need, I have PM'd someone else on a post I was made aware of. That soft lead is EXACTLY the stuff I have been looking for though. Any idea what you'd be looking for on a price? I imagine it'd stack up pretty nicely in flat rate boxes (and put me on my mailman's hate list LOL).
