thanks guys,so far this month weve done 3 different kinds of summer sausage,smoked venison sausage and fresh venison and cheese then boudin yesterday,weve been using excaliber seasoning and like the so far
love me some sausage. I could eat it every day!

just saw on a tv show that in germany the vw plant has a sausage making division that makes ALOT of sausage that's sold all over the world. They even feed it to there employee every day in the lunch rooms.
thats purty cool,i think everybody should feed there employee's,in making all this sausage I ate it for 3 days then boudin,the next night we had taco salad,my stomach needs a break lol
my problem right now is ive bought so much food that my venison sausage is burried at the bottom of the freezer its in. Probably be two months or more before I can even get to it.
lol,we havent had to buy much,our little hometown grocery store stays stocked up and open,my wife goes about every three weeks to a month
