    LEE pots have a thermostat, but it is in the tower, with no direct contact with the pot, which is why they have such a large lag time. Put a PID on one and yo will see what I mean.

    Don't use anything other than wax for fluxing in the pot. If you use sawdust, for instance, you increase the risk of getting grit jamming the pour spout.
