    6 cav problem

I got a new lee 6 cav mold and on the first use the forward alignment pin fell out. This is not my first lee 6 cav, but is my first with this problem.

Anyone else had this problem? Anyone know of the best fix?

I have had this happen with one mould. I simply used loc-tite and reinstalled it. It has since cast thousands of bullets without a further problem. Lee would have exchanged it, I am sure, but I wanted to fix it and immediately put it back into service. The bullets were the correct size and I did not want to take a chance on a new mould that might not have been.
