    .475 Nitro & .43 Spanish

    These were recent finds.

The Kynoch .475 No. 2.J. Nitro is likely for one of those English Custom double rifles used on Elephants
(among others). Case length alone is almost 3.5".

The UMC boxes & rounds are in pristine condition except for some oxidation of the lead.
Was lucky to get 4 boxes of these.

Sometimes flea markets can really pay-off.

The UMC .43 Spanish ammo boxes look like they were right off the shelf from over 100 years ago.

Love what it says on the .43 Spanish box: "These shells can be reloaded many times."

My better find at a garage sale was a German 16ga SxS, external cocks with smokeless proof bores ... fully engraved and checked in 85-90 grade- $40
I still shoot BP reloads though
    Regards
    John
