If I had your mold I would cast with WW alloy, PC them, size and load. Sounds like the perfect opportunity to delve into the PC opportunities.

I've had this exact scenario. I have a 330 grain SSK for 44 magnum that drops slightly out of round, .429"x.431". As cast, and sized/lubed in a .431" die, I never got the accuracy I wanted. This also left a minor amount of lead. Beagling the mold, I can get them to drop .430"x.431" (that's right, they become more round). Leading goes away, and accuracy is improved. Some other tests with multiple layers on the mold have produced even better results. One day I'd like to lap that mold so it drops at least .432".
Well I shot 30 at magnum starting levels and I got minor leading right at the threads. It brushed out with about 20 strokes and no solvent other than remoil. So I'll try lapping the mould out and see how that does.
