It is available from Wolf publishing, $50 and worth every penny. The photos are fantastic and the text is on target. It is divided into rifle and pistol sections. I barely got 15 pages into the pistol section before I ordered another copy for a good friend.
As an aside, I got into the section on S&W .45 revolvers, of which I have 3, a M1917, a M1955 Target (both in .45 ACP / .45 Auto Rim) and a M25-5 .45 Colt, picked up at various times over the years. I wondered what S&W offers these days. Looked at Smith-Wesson.com. As the kids would say these days, OMG! I counted 485 products! To be fair, they were differing by small variations, such as barrel length, type of sight, safety/no safety, etcetera.
