Anyone else have Fixed Barrel Dan Wesson? Muzzle Pic Added

    Hello All,
I just picked up this Dan Wesson 44 Magnum with a 5 Inch Fixed Barrel today at my LGS. I found it on a online auction South Carolina. The 5 Inch Full Lug Barrel is what sucked me into bidding. I was just wondering if anyone else had a fixed barrel Dan Wesson and what they thought about them. Thanks for looking and any comments. Boats

I know they made some for the NYPD in 38 Spl, and have read of them. But yours is the first I've ever seen, even in pictures.

Boy oh boy that sure is purty. Very sturdy looking. There is some history on them over at the Dan Wesson forums.

Another one I thought was just made in 38 Special. You should have a great time with that one.

    Nice looking Dan.

2nd the suggestion to try Dan Wesson Forum for more information. There's been a couple of threads in the past on the fixed barrels or just ask a question about yours.

I'll take a picture after I clean it. I took it out for a test run today. Happy Shooting! Boats
