How to simply prepare wild boar...

    Howdy folks,

As the covid-19 gives me some free time, I'll share with you a simply way to cook boars.

Mince the venison, and marinate it for 24 hours in beer, with mustard, onions, garlic, shallot, a spoonful of olive oil, a spoonfull of vinegar, lardons, and of course herbs, salt and peper.
    1 1/2 hour at 350 / 400F.

It perfectly suits other meats. Obviously, you can drink up the beer.

You know, it wasn't a joke! It's a real marinade recipe.
Not as usual as the wine recipe, but I figure it's way easier for you to get beer.

Do it Italian style in a red sauce stewed served polenta made with 1/2 half and half and water or gnochi. Mmmmmm.
