    WTB: Walnut grips 1873 SA to fit uberti

    Looking for some walnut one piece grips to fit my Uberti cattleman. Smooth, non checkered.

    Maybe some one has some 'Take offs' from replacing yours with something fancy

    One piece or 2? I have a pair of one piece from an Uberti Opentop brass frame, not sure if they are the same or not. I'd be willing to trade you for your checkered pair.

    I have finished and unfitted/unfinished walnut one piece grips. I’d trade straight across and have several sets you can pick from.

    Just offering. If I sell mine I won't have any grips for my gun, thus the trade. Sounds like LL might have some for sale.

    Sorry about the confusion...

    (Just as a note, if you have a 1860 model the grip and frame are longer....Not sure about the other open tops)

    I don't think the Navy frame grips will fit the '73 Cattleman - I have a [51 Navy R & M and they are smaller than the '73 grips IIRC. Check on fleabay as I have seen the, om there or check with Uberti USA if you can't come up with anything.

    The only real Opentop is the 1872/1873, the rest just have no top strap. My 1872 Opentop has the smaller Navy grips frame, but they come both ways. 1873 Colts normally have the smaller Navy grip frame.
