    +1 on what DougGuy said. My 9mm rock island 1911 likes mec - gar mags. Once I figured that out it works great.

    I have 3 , a 5" 45 ultra, a officers size 45 and a 22tcm/9mm, no issues. I think RI are the best bang for the buck out there. They come out with an alloy officers size, I'll be first in line !

    I have had two of them, tactical models, and they were both fine pistols. In fact, when I got my first one, I sold my Kimber. I let them both get away from me, but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one.
