WTS Winchester 1895 30-06 Lever Gun

The one with the rebounding hammer and the Tang safety made by miroku in Japan. A really good shooter with cast bullets the only thing is is it prefers a pointier bullet to feed properly with 4 in the magazine.I use the 31141 and three in the magazine is what works. The metal is in good shape the stock is one of their higher gloss finishes and it has some scrapes and scratches but nothing too horrible. If it was me I would strip that crap off and do a nice deep oil finish.

$775 to your door in USA from me(private party) to your FFL Direct. My FFL charges me 35 bucks in this and if I have to use him.

Please post and I'll take it then send a PM if you want it. I will have detailed pictures of the stock condition if somebody is concerned that I can send via email later on this evening.

To correct the title it is actually a Winchester marked gun not Browning but I cannot correct that in the.

Do you have a leading-partial serial number or date of manufacture you can share with us? Are you first owner, or do you have a sense of what kind and how much use previous owner(s) had for the gun?

    Thanks, garrisonjoe

Pm sent, and I want first dibs. Just want to see the stock pics, both sides, with the receiver, and any other issues it may have. If it looks like you say, and I am sure it will, I will take it, pm following.

I'm closing this thread mods. I've decided to keep the rifle after a bit too much "Tire kicking"
It's headed off to Jes to be reboard to 35 Whelen as was my original plan for the gun.
