Like I said I'd really like to find a unsingle barrel for my XT. The best round I've ever shot was with a Browning BT-99 and it was the first round I ever shot. 24/25. Did a 24/25 with the XT once but I have never shot enough to get good and consistent. Once a month about 6 times a year doesn't cut it.

This will be on the list of thing to do when I am finally able to retire. All my hats are in one piece.

I had a K-32 with K-80 wood and two K-32 O/U barrels one tubes for skeet other for trap doubles and I also had a K-80 unsingle barrel . I was doing the one gun for all thing thirty plus years ago . To be honest when I put the Monte Carlo K-80 Bavarian grade wood on the gun my averages in trap and skeet went up almost immediately.

Yes the Germans did a good job fixing all the little things that Remington left behind.

What I really like about those guns is the interchangeability of parts. Wood, Barrels, Piece parts.

    Maybe someday.
