It looks kinda like a Green, late 1870/80's. The patent shows it as having a hammer under the bolt.
Actually, no, it looks like it has a drum near the front of the receiver, so that rules out the Green. I've seen one that has the bolt and a hammer about where that one would be, memory fails me though.
