This is an older powder measure that has been sitting in a box a long time. Purchased used, likely on this site. The base is cast and substantial. Lexan type reservoir tube is 2"x10", a bit dark from use, but no cracks or chips. PM me a cell number and I can get you some pictures if desired. $60 shipped in an FR box.
