I had some last week. I was surprised that they didn’t taste strong at all. Not like fresh garlic or garlic in olive oil. Don’t get me wrong. They were pretty darn good!

Packos puts the garlic in with the pickles and peppers. When the pickles are gone from the jar I fish out and eat the garlic. Sometimes I put hard boiled eggs in the jar when the pickles are gone. Gotta love pickled eggs.

What's GOOD is black garlic! It's fermented it turns out soft and black, it is almost like licorice, candy like in texture only garlic like in taste. Can slice it paper thin and cook it into pan drippings while making gravy.
Got a .22 .30 .32 .357 .38 .40 .41 .44 .45 .480 or .500 S&W cylinder that needs throats honed? 9mm, 10mm/40S&W, 45 ACP pistol barrel that won't "plunk" your handloads? 480 Ruger or 475 Linebaugh cylinder that needs the "step" reamed to 6° 30min chamfer? I got mine from China a couple years ago, it keeps well in the fridge. There are recipes for making it online.
