I know most folks are reforming starline .32-20 brass to make .25-20's but what about fire forming .218 bee into .25-20's or would they be too short or thin? Just a thought.

I didn't fire form them but I did neck size them up to 25-20. They were not short or too long. And to date they work just fine. Only drawback is they cost a little more that star line 32-20.
I have .218 brass, .25-20 brass and .32-20 brass.
I was involved in a conversation where it was claimed that the .218 brass was heavier than the other 2 because the pressure was higher. I had always assumed the cases were the same with different head stamps.
It turned out that the .218 cases were 10 grains heavier than the .25-20 and .32-20 cases which is good from the standpoint of durability.

I don't see any problem, in fact it is probably easier to neck up than down. I can reform 32/20 to form 218 Mashburn for my favourite little rifle.

Bad ***, did the fires get close to you? They were pretty scary from what I could tell on the TV pics. Hate that for you guys AND the animals.
