    Barry.
This is just how I get the source of lead. I lucked into this after my 20 year old supply of good quality wheel weights got to a critical level. For my plinking and just general target shooting in both handguns and rifles this lead has worked out just fine. I'm a low tech kind of guy and since I have no issues with the lead I just send it down range as poured and save my supply of WW for hunting boolits. So far it has worked in all my molds from 7mm and up. The only issue I have from the lack of Tin is when trying to pour 70-80 grain .22 Cal boolits I have to run the pot and molds hotter than usual to get proper mold fill.

Thanks for the info. If I can get a Mould I would like to try casting some 22 air rifle pellets.
    Cheers

That would probably require pure lead for that task.
    NOE has air rifle molds.

I think the lead will need tin to mould better. My casting has improved out of all proportion since I built a pid temperature/ heater controller for my casting pot
    Thanks

I bought some to make my own "Magnum Shot" for long yardage trap. I found it to make harder shot than the so called Magnum shot from any commercial shot maker. Buy with confidence!

I would be interested if you could take PayPal.
