    WTB-WTTF 45/70 paper patch bullets

I'm looking to trade for or buy a quantity of paper patched projectiles for 45 caliber rifle. Want to try some in my Sharps rifles before trying my own! PM me if you can help me out. I have lots to trade, just let me know what you're looking for.

How many might you need, and what rifle (mainly what's the bore/groove)?

Maybe close to 200 i did not count them.
405 grains and i think pure lead. some have green bar paper and some plain old blue line loose leaf paper. lubed with Rooster..457 is what i wrote on the box but a quick check with a caliper showed closer to .458. I shot a bunch of these with good results.
I am no where near an expert at patching but they came out pretty good in my opinion.

if this is what you are looking for maybe we can work something out

I'm looking for 500 gr. at least. I'll be shooting them from a C. Sharps with 1 in 18 twist, .458 bore diameter. Also a Pedersoli Sharps with the same stats.

My mold is a BACO JIM444530E mold @ .450" + patched with my paper (.444" slick and weighs 527 grains +/- with 16/1). I could send you 20 or so. Just PM me your address.

They chamber perfectly in my CSharps 1885 45/70. Don't know the age of your CSharps, but mine wears a Badger barrel.
