    Dillon Powder Dispenser - WW296 ???

    I have a Dillon 550 that I reload .30 carbine with.

    I am using WW296 powder.

After 50 - 100 rounds, the powder causes the mechanism to get progressively "tighter" and bind to the point that I have to remove the powder, disassemble, clean, etc.

What is the recommended cure? Don't use ball powder?

    THANKS!

Call Dillon. They have a special powder slide just for your problem and will ship it to you for free. I had the same problem, and the new slide fixed it.
