hi,

i'm another one that hates to throw anything away that can be re-purposed.

10 months ago i moved from indianapolis indiana to muskogee oklahoma.
during the move i damaged a hornady powder measure beyond repair (mother board got busted and the big red case that housed everything got crushed.

so i gutted it!

and made this!

used 4 bolts, a piece of steel, couple pieces black & white delrin and a set of pinball machine contacts.
i know this isn't going to set the world of reloading on fire or anything ...but it works.

hold the button down and it runs fast ....quick light tap on the button and it barely moves.

Nice job! Very dr Frankenstein. I made one too. Now connect it to an optical switch on your beam scale and you’ll have the gold standard in precision repeatable measuring.
