    Weird looking bullet

I've never seen a bullet like this before wondering if someone can help identify it?

That I'm not sure a friend of mine sent me the picture and wanted to know if it was real, she did send another pic and no head stamp but looks like it has a primer and looks as if it's crimped at the bullet she said it weighs like a bullet. I've just never seen one like it before wondered if y'all could help identify it.

My guess is, it screws apart and holds pills.

Definitely looks like a novelty or advertising item.

Look like something from a gas station. Unscrew the bullet.

It'd help to have some measurements for case/shoulder length, and the different diameters.

Maybe not as detailed as the case pictures in a loading book, but something more to go on than the one picture.

Looks like a cigarette lighter to me once you figure out how to pop the top open.

It certainly doesn't appear to be a real cartridge, at least based upon the one photo. Is that a gap I spy, between the "projectile" and the case mouth?
