not sure if this is the right place to post this since I am new but here goes.i bought a lyman 4500 lube sizer recently and the heater didn't work out of the box.i emailed lyman and got a response the next day wanting to know where I bought it so I responded and didn't here anything for 3 days so I called them.the lady I talked to said she didn't see the emailed response but she would send a new heater.a few days later I got a new heater in the mail.i had seen where lyman got a bad rap for customer service but my experience was good.people generally don't report when things go good but usually do when they go bad.
