Hi Neighbor, looks like I'm probably about an hour away from you in Ward.
If you're new to casting and need any help getting setup, just give me a holler, I'm sure we could get together some weekend and get things rolling for you.

Interesting. I have an NOE mold that drops a bullet like the 312-159HP. Shoots well but the wide nose is giving me hell with feeding in my AR. I have widen the feed ramps but still still can't get reliable feeding. Any idea what the nose size is on yours? The NOE nose size is .210. I really would like a mid weight HP but about to give up

Feed problem may be the mag, nose dented or ramp cuts?
    Whatever!

Color me impressed - I ordered a 5-cavity 31-142D mold from Accurate on the 3rd of this month and it delivered today even though the home page on the website showed a lead time of 3 weeks... Maybe had stock on-hand... As usual the quality of the mold is first class. I guess I'll be doing some casting tonite.

I ordered a pair of MP molds Saturday. They shipped Monday and will be here today.

It's amazing that we can get a product from Europe in three days for a very low cost. Midway charges almost as much for some orders and takes a week.

If you are interested in MP 312-159, with nose you meant this?

I usually like 2x moulds for rifle but Tom does make them good, i.e. all cavities come out the same. I still break the top edge of the blocks and use graphite pencil for plate lube. This one seats at base/shoulder fine, don't know how it would do in 40WT with the shorter neck.
IIRC it runs 1650 fps from 10" with medium load of H110.

    Perfect, Thanks.
My NOE mold is a little smaller at the nose and still giving me fits feeding reliably. I've widen the feed ramps, tried a few different mags. I still have work to do.
