    Use an Impact hammer for that. Broke a couple of them, though, use them always. Still have half a box of .357 sitting under my bench to be broken down, bad dillon press/powder measure. Thirty+ years and counting.
    I already broke them down with my fore-mentioned Coax cable crimps. it took about 10 min for all 60. When using the hammer, powder usually goes everywhere.

    Handshaker - You could use electrical tape to lock the hopper in the "On" position, some other tapes can leave residue behind from the adhesive but good electrical tape doesn't.
