    My New 450 MarlinTD....

    My newest 94 and cast candidate arrived today.
    I'm going to make this rig a fixture when I travel in the bush no matter what I'm doing......

    Thanks for the kind words, I can't wait to git some range time but realistically probably the 3rd week of Feb. Feels very svelte in the hand compared to my 45-70 Marlin and one will probably pay for that on the recoil end...... Got er half azzed cleaned up and the design on the TD mechanism seems robust and well designed. Need to figure out a sling that is proper but doesn't look horrid.....

    Interesting. I didn’t know they broke down like that. Do all Marlin 450s do that or is it a special version?
