Taurus Raging Hornet.
Its older than me!
Mauser 1914 from cerca 1932. Pitted and refinished at some time, but it shoots surprisingly well. 8 Rounds in 3 3/4" off hand at 25 with factory Fiocchi FMJ's (not so good with my home-load cast)
Those holes in the background are 22"s. I had put a used target on the ground to snap the Picture.

I just happened upon this gem today. S&W Model 66 No Dash/Pinned/Recessed
Taurus 605 Defender 3" Black, and I already have an SP-101 3". Man, sometimes I am weak! One of those stories where you get a mold and buy a gun for it. I was GIVEN a brand NIB/even with all the other stuff in there Crimson Trace rubber grips for small frame Taurus, $285 grips, the one I chose will be here Tuesday or Wednesday. Like I said sometimes I am weak!

Not really a new purchase but it feels like one.
After 8 months with gunsmith David Fink, my 24-3 is finally home.
I hadn’t shot it in years due to end shake.
He set the barrel back, gave it his accuracy & reliability package, installed a 1/10”-wide gold-bead FS, and re-blue.
Last purchase was a week ago or so.
A .357Magnum Virginian Dragoon...didn't need another .357 but I have this affinity for Virginian Dragoons and I just couldn't walk away from it.
Added another CZ TS 2. This one chambered in 40S&W to the collection. I've added a threaded 9mm barrel to make it a convertible 40S&W/9mm. Maybe add a suppressor at a later date. A 9mm barrel rechambered to 357 Siege was also thought of but disregarded.

Colt Python 6” from Kentucky Gun Co. And it had to go back to Colt already due to cosmetic reasons, It was not KGC fault they were a pleasure to deal with so was Colt but Colt said they would Replace it so still waiting, when the new one arrives will post a pic..
