    Last 5 were Ruger LCP 22 lr, S&W model 24-2 55 special, Model 16-4 S&W 32 H&R, Contender bbl 45 colt 10" Glock model 40 10 MM. I might have missed a few but it's close.

    this, of course
Food is overrated. A nice rifle is way more important.

What is the last handgun you bought?

I’m not terribly sentimental, but much of my family is.

Assuming at 63, I’ve got a few more years left, I’ll probably gift some of them.

I have three adult children, and, unfortunately, only one is situated to take good care of them at the moment, and she barely speaks to me.

I’ll probably just make a list of what’s what & its history, and let them decide, although my daughters will be at each others throats.

My son is only 20 and I can’t wait for him to get settled so I can start passing some on (some are his already.)

Heaven forbid any go to my in-laws. They’d land in a pawn shop in less than a week.

The bulk of my “collection” is DA revolvers and many of them modified to suit me, so I doubt many younger people would be interested.

    A Ruger alloy-frame Commander-sized 1911 in .45 ACP. I think Ruger's model # for it is 6711.

If only they’d made them in a half-lug, I’d own one.

A 98% Bekhart Smith .22. The daintiest thing I have ever seen.
To paraphrase Ronald Reagan, the trouble with many shooting experts is not that they're ignorant; its just that they know so much that isn't so.

they do make them in "half lug" --I have one Ruger's catalogs it as GP-4451 model 01770.

Couple of weeks ago found a great deal on an older Ruger SP-101 3" in .327 Federal....came with Laser-Grips and a speed loader... Haven't even had a chance to shoot it yet...

Then yesterday I got a call from a local shop and the rep said my gun was in...what gun? Turns out one of the long time employees who I had asked to check on a Ruger GP-100 3" WC 10mm put in a special order with my name on it...and one just showed up... So will be picking that one up shortly...

Sounds like a twin to the 3" .327 I picked up on GB a year or two ago; including a Crimson Trace grip.

Just found this model 31 about 3 weeks ago. For some reason J-frames are really growing on me.
