Can't add pictures from my phone.

I can't seem to add pictures from my Galaxy 10. It says upload failed. Any help would be great.

Probably too big of a file size. You may have to size them down. I don't recall what the max size is but when I get home from work I'll see if I can find it for you ad reply here.

Here is a link to FAQ showing file size for different formats. It is not very well defined but I believe the numbers are the maximum number of bytes for each file size.

Apparently it was a size issue. What I've done is to send the picture to myself in a text message. I guess the phone automatically resizes the picture. Then I save the picture from my text & it worked. Seems like a convoluted process for something that should be super simple but it is what it is. Thanks for all the suggestions.

Can you set the pixel size that your photo will be on your phone in the camera settings?
