Diamond painting

The wife has a hobby of doing diamond painting. This is sticking the little poly beads onto a glued surface and forming a large picture. She was complaining about these things are shooting all over while trying to get out of the little plastic bags, man those things have a lot of static.

While trying to help her, a thought entered my old brain, would these work with shake and bake process?

After about 20 large pictures, she said would you like my left overs? Well yes, so got 2 complete cool whip bowls full. Added some to my process and they seem to work as good as the poly beads that I bought from Micheals store. And they strain out very nicely also.

Yes, the poly pellets work in place of the black BB's. I found these on Amazon a good while back "Poly Pellets for Weighted Blankets". They are heavy and are a less expensive than the black BB's. You can get an 8# bag for the $20 range delivered. I probably should have made a post as I think this is a better alternative.
