Redding and Wilson bushings are the same size. I'm pretty sure that Forster and RCBS are different. There are also a few makers of custom reloading tools that make bushings that will work in Redding or Wilson dies.
I know that RCBS bushings work in the Redding dies.
RCBS and Redding are interchangeable. RCBS also says that their dies are compatible with Wilson and Hornady bushings, sonI believe them to be interchangeable. As far as I know, Forster are not similar.

CH4d says their bushing (0.239-0.40) are interchangeable with Wilson.
