    I bought 16 tubes of caulking. Im going today. Il see how far I get doing the walls Its my dads birthday also and he wants to go to the cottage anyways.

    Pretty easy to build if you have heavy machinery. If its by hand I would suggest smaller logs, maybe 4-5 inches max. You can imagine the weight of a full 10 foot tree trunk. We were two grown men and we arent that small... Took awhile to drag and lift.

    Thanks, at this point, I stripped all the bark on the inside. I can start making furniture and a proper gun rack

    I started fixing the inside caulking job I did last time, and almost finished the outside window wall. Still need to more cracks to fill in. It takes alot of caulking to fill in the outside cracks. I put alot so it hardens.

    Man that looks great. My only concern would be the pitch of the roof. Looks pretty shallow for some heavy snow

    No problem. I have a massive pine tree over the cabin. I had alittle over 12 inches of snow on the roof last year. And there was over 6 feet on the ground
