This is truly sad news. Lois I know you may never read this, and though my soul mate is still with me, I can know that your pain and your grief is real. I hurt for you. I will pray that the Lord gives you peace and the knowledge that Jeff is in a better place and you will grieve, but you will make it even though there is a huge hole in your heart that will never be filled. Thank you for giving us the news.
Mark 5:34 And He said to her (Jesus speaking), "Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace and be healed of your affliction."

This is very sad. JD couldn't have been much past 60, if even that. He was in the process of building their new home, so Lois now has that to contend with. He loved his family, shooting, flying his plane, and dogs.
The solid soft lead bullet is undoubtably the best and most satisfactory expanding bullet that has ever been designed. It invariably mushrooms perfectly, and never breaks up. With the metal base that is essential for velocities of 2000 f.s. and upwards to protect the naked base, these metal-based soft lead bullets are splendid.

And if I remember correctly, he was an Author. He will be missed.

Yes, he wrote three, False Gods, Above Reproach, and Tales From the Dog's Side. All available on Amazon, Lois would probably appreciate some sales.

I just heard from Lois, JD was 58.
