    Holiday Cheer

I had a little fun with local November and December competitions.

I hadn't noticed before, and I haven't read any comments about, but these three powders gave slightly different thicknesses. The green was the thinnest (0.0002") followed by red (0.00025") and then blue as the thickest (0.00055"). In both matches I scored 30 of 40 hits at 200 yards offhand. The misses didn't seem to be from a particular coating, more because I pulled down by tightening the three "off" fingers when squeezing the trigger.

    Toymaker,

I'm curious, how you got such accurate measurements of the thickness of the PC. What tools and techniques do you use?
