My desk top computer is boxed up pending a move back to America and I am relying on a tablet that runs safari. My issue is that I cannot drag photos down to attach them to my posts. I can upload pics but not download them. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Well I imagine that it’s an I-pad if so just hold your finger on the image until a menu appears at the bottom it says save photo

Didn’t work, dang it.
To be clear, I can upload a pic, but I can’t get the photo to drag down to allow me to attach it to a post.

Do you mean upload pictures to your posts, I use safari on my iPad as well, never been on this site on any thing but my phone and iPad. And have both saved and posted pictures can you screenshot your problems and put up the pictures if not pm me and I will send my email so you can send it over and help you figure it out
Helping others always gives me good feeling nice to see guys.
